Q: What if I want something that is not on the menu ?
A: At Starvin' Jacks we pride ourselves on our flexibility and customer choice. All our food is freshly made to order so if you want to mix and match fillings e.g. Chicken Tikka with Prawns, we're more than happy to oblige. Don't be shy...nothing shocks us, we've even served Chocolate Fudge Cake with Coleslaw for one customer !!
Q: How much notice do I need to give for a buffet ?
A: We need a minimum of twenty four hours notice. Don't forget you can order on-line or by phone. You also have access to us out of shop hours on 07976 920893.
Q: Do you deliver from your takeaway shop ?
A: Our shop on Swansea Enterprise Zone provides free delivery (with no minimum order) to customers based within the Zone and immediate vicinity. Just call us on 01792 790190 before 11:00am to guarantee lunchtime delivery.
Q: How much of your food is sourced locally and do you offer Fair Trade and Organic options ?
A: Wherever practicable we source our food and other purchases from local independent suppliers. We offer many Made in Wales products, organic options and Fair Trade Coffees and Teas.
